A self-taught artist navigating the intersection of street culture, fine art, and wearable identity.
KOiGi began not with a plan, but with an impulse — the need to externalise an internal world that refused to stay quiet. Growing up between cultures, between noise and silence, between the speed of street life and the stillness of a canvas, the artist found that contradiction itself was the medium.
What started on walls became canvases. What lived on canvases began to move — onto fabric, onto bodies, into the world. The brand is not a company. It is a practice. A commitment to making things that mean something, to someone.

Nothing is over-finished. The evidence of making — brush marks, imperfections, decisions left visible — is part of the work. To sand it away would be to lie about the process.
Loudness is easy. Restraint takes discipline. The most powerful moments in any piece are the ones where nothing is happening — the pause between marks, the breath before the next stroke.
Identity is not fixed. Each collection is a snapshot of who the artist is becoming. The work does not try to define a single self — it documents the movement between many.

Each canvas begins without a sketch. The first mark determines the direction — it is a commitment, not a plan. Some pieces take days. Others take weeks, where the work sits untouched while the mind works in the background, deciding what the next move must be.
There is no digital mockup, no colour-matched approval process. Each original is a 1/1 — a single object that holds a specific moment in time. Once it leaves the studio, the conversation it carries belongs to whoever lives with it.

The fashion line is not merchandise. It is the same creative instinct expressed through a different material. A garment can be worn into the world — and in that movement, it carries the work beyond any wall or gallery.
Every piece in the fashion line is designed with the same attention given to every canvas — the proportions, the negative space, the weight of the gesture. To wear KOiGi is to carry a conversation on your body.

We do not make things for everyone. We make things that are honest.
Every mark is a decision. Every decision is a responsibility.
The work does not ask to be liked. It asks to be felt.
There are no safe versions. Safe is the enemy of meaning.
The work does not reproduce. Once it is gone, it is gone. Browse the current collection — original canvases and hand-designed garments, each one the only one.
